Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup Rice (Boiled)
  • 500g Chicken
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • Add1 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • Now add 1 Tbsp Whole Spices
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • And add 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 Cup Plums
  • 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Green Chilies (Sliced)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Dried)
  • 1/4 Tsp Food Color (Yellow)
  • 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves
  • For Garnish Ginger (Julienne)
  • 3 Lemon (Sliced)
  • For Garnish Fried Onion

How to make Best Tawa Biryani Recipe

  1. In a pan heat Oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and Chicken then cook.
  2. Then add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Chili Flakes, Whole Spices, Cumin Powder and Coriander Powder, and cook for two minutes.
  3. Now Add Yogurt, Tomato Puree, Plum, Green Chilies and cook for two to three minutes.
  4. Then Add half cup Water and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes and add garnish.
  5. And then add  Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Mint, Coriander Leaves, Lemon and Ginger.
  6. Layer it with Rice, garnish and sprinkle Garam Masala Powder and Fenugreek Leaves.
  7. Add 1/4 cup Water and Yellow Food Color mixed with 2 tbsp Yogurt on top.
  8. Cover it and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. Tawa biryani is ready to serve.
