Sweet Potatos  Hash With Eggs



  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, stripped and finely diced

  • ¼ glass in addition to 1 teaspoon additional virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 squeeze of paprika

  • 4 omega-3 eggs
