Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

CRUST (if you don’t use a pre-made one)

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted


  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened, not light
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 5 cups halved or quartered fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or preserves

Step 1

To make the crust: In a new bowl, pour in the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter.
