How to Make Steak Bites Recipe

These little steak bites will please the toughest one in your party crowd.

  • I/2 cup (120 ml) Dick’s Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 8 tablespoons (78 g) sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sesame oil
  • 2 pounds (1 kg) round steak, cubed steak Bites 
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) white wine

Combine soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a shallow medium dish. Add steak, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the steak to the desired doneness. Pour the reserved marinade into a medium saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add cooked steak, scallions, and wine to the boiling marinade. Transfer the entire contents of the saucepan to a large bowl, and serve hot.
