- 2 lbs fresh ground beef
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 3 TB Signature Spices Wild West Chili Seasoning
- 1 TB Signature Spices Chipotle Blast
- 2 TB Signature Spices Cantina Salsa Seasoning
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a 6-quart pot, brown the ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cover the pot let it simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, add water if necessary.
