2.Pour into two large resealable plastic bags;then add chicken.
3.Seal bags and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
4.Prepare grill for indirect heat.
5.Drain and discard marinade.

7.Grill chicken skin side down, covered, over indirect medium heat for quarter hour.Turn.
