- 5 to six cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
