Recipe #1:

Sweet Potato Mousse

Serving Size: ½ cup

 All you need: 

  • 2 glasses Hy-Vee Short Cuts cubed sweet potatoes
  • ½ c. unsweeten vanilla almond milk
  • ¾ c. heating cocoa, in addition to extra for trimming
  • ½ c. agave nectar

  3. Preheat broiler to 375 degrees F.
