  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 500 gm Mutton
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 gm Garam Masala
  • 4 Cloves garlic
  • 10 gm Ginger
  • 1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 7 Green Chilies
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • ½ Liter Mutton stock
  • 1 TBSP Tamarind
  • 700 gm Guard Rice
  • 1 TSP Mace
  • Add 1 TBSP Black Pepper
  • or add 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Cloves
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • ½ Cup Yogurt
  • Kewra Water 1 TSP

Cooking Method

1. In a medium bowl, add Guard Rice, water, and soak these rice for 25-30 Minutes.
2. Take a Batis Cloth, add coriander seeds, add fresh whole cumin, Star Anise, Aniseeds, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, and make a Potli bag.
3. Add water in a medium pan, add Garam Masala Potli, Mutton, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, and simmer it for 20 Minutes, mutton Stock is too ready.
4. Add Ghee in a medium pan. Add onion, let them golden brown and simmer it for 3-5  Minute.
5. Add water, simmer it for 5 minutes, then ginger garlic paste, Green Chili and stir it well.         Now add Mace powder, Green chili and stir it well.
6. Then Add Mutton which is already preparing Garam Masala, yogurt, salt, Mutton stock and stir it. Then simmer it for 7 Minutes.
7. Next, Add Tamarind, soak Guard Rice, Stir it well.
8. Now add Mace powder, green chili, kewra water and simmer it for 20 Minutes.
9. Your mutton Yakhni pulao is ready to serve.
