This is one of my Mom’s greatest pasta dishes. The crab and mushroom cream sauce is superb!
6 ounces crab meat, frozen or fresh
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cups light cream
Drain and slice crab.
