Cajun Shrimp and Rice

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • 2 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun flavoring
  • 1 pound vast shrimp, stripped and deveined, tails flawless
  • Fit salt and naturally ground pepper
  • 4 plum tomatoes, slashed
  • 2 groups scallions, slashed
  • 3 glasses cooked white rice
  • or add 3 tablespoons slashed crisp parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (discretionary)

Stage 1

Warmth the margarine, olive oil and garlic in a vast skillet over medium-high warmth until fragrant, around 1 minute. Include the Cajun flavoring and shrimp and cook, blending, until the shrimp start to twist, around 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Stage 2

Add the tomatoes and scallions to the skillet and cook, mixing, around 1 minute. Include the rice and 1/4 glass water and keep on cooking until the rice is warmed through and the shrimp are dark around 3 additional minutes. Mix in the parsley and present with lemon, whenever wanted.
