1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups white bread cubes
2/2 cup finely chopped onion
2/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 boneless chicken thighs, with skin
2 can lump crabmeat, drained

1.Heat vegetable oil in a medium skillet .
2.Add the onion and celery;cook and stir until soft,about 6 minutes.
3.Remove from heat,and season with pepper and poultry seasoning.
4.Stir in the bread cubes,crabmeat,sherry until everything is well blended.
5.Preheat a grill for medium heat.
6.Lay the chicken thighs out skin side down on a clean surface.
7.Spread an even layer of the crab mixture onto each one.Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks.
8.Place the stuffed thighs seam side down onto the grill,and season with garlic salt and onion powder.
9.Cover and cook for 1/2 hour,turning occasionally for even cooking.
10.Chicken is done when juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
